UNIT.City has created a sound therapy space to fight anxiety.

People's internal anxiety is one of the biggest psychological health problems in the world. Today, for Ukrainians, the problem of anxiety takes on even greater proportions and becomes a catalyst for many psychological health disorders. In order to minimize internal anxiety, UNIT.City has created a sound therapy space in the recreation area of the innovation park, where specially developed audio tracks are broadcast, which have a relaxing and concentrated calming effect.

The Urban Soundscapes bureau was responsible for the creation of audio therapy — the first sound architecture bureau in Ukraine, which creates and implements personalized sound environments for public and private spaces.

The inherent ability to model a person's mood musically has countless benefits for mental and physiological health. Audio-methodology is effective in reducing acute stress, anxiety and maintaining a person in a calm state.
Our mission is to make the world a more comfortable place by giving it additional meaning with the help of sound. In times of constant stress that has haunted us in recent years, we see this as an additional task. "We can change the world for the better through sound and make every person a little happier where they are," says Oleksandr Filonenko, founder of Urban Soundscapes.

The recreation area with audio-therapeutic content is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week, and is available to residents of the park, as well as to all residents of Kyiv and guests of the city.
Location: Main-Plaza amphitheater, Dorogozhitska 3, UNIT.City.

UNIT.City is a platform for the concentration of a large number of highly qualified representatives: business, technology sector, startups, educational activities, etc. As an innovation park, we need to do whatever is necessary to ensure a safe environment and support the mental health of the business community that continues to operate in unpredictable conditions and help the country on the economic front. "By creating a sound therapy space, we want to help our community focus on maintaining a stable psychological state during an extremely stressful period for our country," adds Artem Boiko, CMO UNIT.City.
