This morning, the residential part of the UNIT.City innovation park, UNIT.Home, was damaged as a result of another large-scale Russian attack on Kyiv.

The strike shattered windows, damaged building facades, and affected elements of the complex’s infrastructure. An assessment of the damage is currently underway, and the relevant services are already working on site.

Most importantly, there have been no fatalities among residents or employees of the complex. We remain in close contact with everyone who requires assistance and support.

UNIT.City was created as a space for living, working, and innovation, and it remains so today. That is why we are not only addressing the immediate consequences of the attack, but are also taking all necessary steps to restore the damaged facilities as quickly as possible.

As a responsible business, we recognize our responsibility to residents, tenants, and the wider community. Together with the condominium association, we will develop a comprehensive recovery plan and provide all necessary support to ensure the restoration process begins without delay. We are committed to bringing the complex back to full operation as soon as possible.

Russia continues to target not only buildings, but also the everyday lives of Ukrainians. Yet every attack only reinforces our resilience. We will continue to work, support our community, and build Ukraine’s future despite every challenge.

We will endure. We will rebuild.

UNIT works.
